Overview
AUDI, like Subaru with its Outback and Volvo’s XC70, believes that some buyers are willing to forgo the bulk of an SUV for a ‘crossover’ that combines all-wheel drive ability with the lightness and litheness of a traditional wagon.Except that it costs around $20,000 more than the equivalent Q7 SUV, the Allroad TDI quattro has all the ingredients to give premium SUVs a real scare.
Even as it is, the Audi is a real luxury segment contender anyway.

2013 Hyosung GT 650 RDSKs
DSK Hyosung has launched all new GT 650 R on 16 th jan 2013 along with GV 650 Aquilla Pro
The bike has only some cosmetic changes , more in front angle . This time it was gone with more sportier head lamps and more straight lines .
As we go to back and side angle we cannot find much changes..

Aston Martin Rapide
The Aston Martin Rapide is a four-door, high-performance sport saloon, which British luxury marque Aston Martin introduced in early 2010. It was first presented as a concept car at Detroits North American International Auto Show in 2006 and the production version of the Rapide was shown at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The Rapide name is a reference to the Lagonda Rapide, a saloon car produced by Lagonda, now part of Aston Martin. The new Rapide is the companys first four-door saloon since the Aston Martin Lagonda was discontinued in 1989. It is based on the Aston Martin DB9 and shares the same VH platform.
The first cars were rolled out in May 2010, initially built at a dedicated plant at the Magna Steyr facility in Graz, Austria. The factory initially planned to build 2,000 per year, but relocated to England in 2012 after sales did not meet production targets.

Equipment
The Rapides standard features include a tilt-telescoping steering wheel, bi-xenon headlamps and LED taillamps. Leather and walnut trim are standard, with metallic accents; power front seats with memory, cooling and heating; Bluetooth; satellite radio (US version only); and USB and iPod connectivity. The Rapide comes, as standard, with a Bang & Olufsen 16 speaker sound system with two that rise from the dashboard on activation of the system.
Rapide S (2013- )
Specification
As part of the 2013 facelift and revisions to the Rapide, the V12 engine is upgraded to now produce 550 bhp (410 kW; 558 PS). Performance improvements include a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h) and acceleration 0-100 km/h (62 mph) reduced to 4.9 seconds. CO2 emissions are cut by 23g/km to 332g/km.
Production
Aston Martin opted to end production by sub-contractor Magna Steyr in the middle of 2012, six years earlier than expected. Production of the car was also halted temporarily in May 2011. In the face of a diminishing market for luxury saloons, and to match output to shrinking sales, Aston Martin has to cut annual production from 2,000 to 1,250 in June 2011 - and may go as low as 500 annually.
Motorsports
A Rapide was entered in the 2010 24 Hours Nürburgring. Drivers included Aston Martin CEO Ulrich Bez. It finished second in the SP 8 class.

Extreme off roading in a Hybrid way
"Land Rover" the name stands for a combination of pure luxury and capablity in SUV world. The LR Defender, no need to mention its capablities its one of the toughest off roader on chasis along with G wagon and H1 alpha.
We already saw the latest concet of Defender at the 2012 Delhi expo, Now LR is introducing 7 electric versions of Defender at 2013 Geneva expo.
There is no other changes except the heart of this beast is changed from a diesel loader to a 70 kw 33.65 kg electric motor. Its using a 300v li-ion battery with a capacity of 27 kwh.
the battery is offering a range of 80 km. The battery is weighing 410 kg, So kerb weight is increased 100 Kg more compared to Defender 110. The major components like battery, inverter and motor are Now air cooled. The regenerative breaking is an incredible thing, ie while using hill decent control motor can generate 30 kw electricity. Almost all generated energy can be recovered and restored thus 80% of kinetic energy is saved.
They are providing 2 chargers 7kw and 3kw. The 7 kw will charge fastly in 3 hours, while the 3kw one will take 10 hours. Even in tough conditions the battery will remain for 8 hours.
The gear box system is also changed. The electric motor equipped Defender offers maximum torque whwn the moment you turn it on, Hence no need of gear shifting. the transmission comprises a single speed 2.7:1 reduction gear box along with atransfer case.
there is also a modified version of LRs terrain response system, so off roading is encouraging.
There is no changes on drive train on Hybrid Defender, It offers permanent 4Wd along with a central differential lock. So altogether its one hell off roader suitable for any terrain.
Any way LR has no plans to bring this into production unit, But lets hope for the good and wait for the Hybrid extreme off roader.
