2013 Opel Calibra Rum or Reality
The great model of Opel , the Calibra , it seems, has a good chance of becoming reality again. Recently we heard very strong rumors (from Car Magazine ) would be ahead of us around this amazing German sports. The year of arrival would be the 2013 and would be based on the latest models in the range.
The new Calibra incorporate the line and the style favored by the Insignia , and the design and features of the prototype GTC Geneve Concept of a few years ago (see above).
Now GM is not doing very well in Europe and USA (and this despite the fact that they paid much of their debt to Government Obama ) because these markets are not yet fully recovered. For this new Calibra pay to be sold a 30,000 units per year , and that is achieved
should be designed with platform Insignia , and send it to a larger market ( USA or China or both).Opel / Vauxhall, is already clear at this point that brands are more profitable and successful of all the General . Perhaps if this model becomes a European streets, so will under the brand Buick en United States and China (personal collection). It’s still a rumor, but maybe in Paris or Geneva 2011 is presented a prototype referred to this model.
